cute, I like the pose and the colors, but I'd recommend playing a bit more with the hue and saturation where the blue color of the water lights up the edges of the rocks. try some deliberate strokes and mixing so the blue gradient doesn't end up washing out the its orange compliment

The ground is low contrast and washed out, so the viewer's eyes aren't grabbed by it. It was a deliberate choice. The focal point is her face which I still feel I accomplished. Im not pleased with the rendering though, there are errors (especially on the boots) and I wish I stuck to my thick outlines.
