This just looks blurry like an immensely scaled down image. Try limiting your palette, start with primary contours and then fill in zones will flat colors before developing details. Moawling on the site here has some great reference sheets and demos on Twitter

The soft airy palette feels really Autumn, composition and colors on point though maybe a nighttime version would look even cooler?
